Sublimation Printing Paper-Some Printing Poblems and Corresponding Solutions

What is sublimation printing paper? Various patterns are printed on a special kind of paper with special heat transfer ink, and then transferred to the product through temperature and pressure. This special paper in the heat transfer process is called heat transfer paper.

Transfer printing is a printing process in which dyes are transferred to the fabric by transfer paper. It is based on the characteristics of some disperse dye sublimation in 220~240℃,disperse dye sublimation, mix it with slurry made from "color," according to different design requirements, "color printing" to transfer paper, and then transfer paper and fabric close contact with decorative pattern design, in a certain temperature, pressure and time control, through the internal diffusion into the fabric, so as to achieve the goal of coloring.

Many reasons cause the printing paper skew feeding, most common are as followed:

1.The printer dropped a foreign object into the paper holder. The printer has to take in and out of the paper, so it's easy for foreign bodies to fall into the inside of the printer from these channels. These foreign bodies cause the paper to go awry.

2.The environment is bad. After a period of time, the surface area of the rubbing wheel leaves paper scraps and dust, which reduces the strength of the rubbing paper and causes skidding.

3.When one of the rollers of the fixing frame is loose, the function of the rollers is lost, resulting in the paper is not straight.

4.The removable board on the feed rack is too far from the edge of the paper, causing the paper to swing more from side to side.

Corresponding solutions:

1.Be careful when using the printer. Paper clips, staples, buttons, rubber bands, etc., can easily fall into the printer. To avoid these things fall into the printer, causing damage to the printer.

2.It is recommended that you do not covet cheap paper, as far as possible to choose better quality sublimation paper. At the same time, give the printer a cleaner environment to use.

3.Handle the printer with care and do not use thick paper.

4.The printer into the paper rack on both sides of the movable baffle put closer, do not be too far away, convenient to fix the position of the paper.
