Sublimation Printing Machine-Some Common Using Problems and Solutions of it

Sublimation printing machine is very widely used in our daily life.Today,I will list some common using problems and corresponding solutions of it for your refer.Hope it a help for you.

Problem: print pattern color becomes weak
Solutions:
1, check whether the printing medium is damp
2. Replug or replace the print head wire
3. Reinstall the software
4. Check whether the board card and fiber optic cable are normal

Problem: print pattern of sublimation printer appears random broken line
Solutions:
1. Check whether the ink in the ink cartridge, pipe and ink bag is sufficient
2,Perform printer cleaning procedures, strong cleaning and then a brief injection of ink
3. Check the printing platform for foreign bodies
4, check whether the ink stack cap, scraper is dirty, damaged
5. Check whether the cleaning unit and surrounding pipelines are damaged
6. Whether the nozzle is aging

Problem: the paper can’t be printed out
Solutions:
1. Check whether the ink is empty
2. Check whether the ink bag is damaged
3, and the normal position of the ink sac replacement, if the ink sac above the problem, check whether the pipeline, ink cartridge is blocked; If it is the following problem with the ink cartridge, check the nozzle and cleaning unit

4, nozzle aging
5, circuit problems, check the circuit board

Problem: the printer cannot be connected to the computer
Solutions:
1. Restart the machine and computer
2, replace the printer and computer cable
3. Reinstall the driver software
4. Check whether the network card is GBE gigabit network card in the computer device manager
5. Replace the computer or reinstall the system
6. Check the machine motherboard

Problem: sublimation printing equipment cartridge car movement is not normal or can not be put back

Solutions:1. Check the origin sensor. Rub and replace it if needed.
