Sublimation fabric printer is used to print patterns on fabric by sublimation printing technology.When we do sublimation printing,we need to pay attention to some points to prevent printer from damaging.
1.It is forbidden to plug and unplug the printing cable has electricity, which will damage the printing port and PC parallel port of sublimation printer, or even break through the PC motherboard in serious cases. If the print output is not clear, streaks or other defects, the printer's automatic cleaning function can be used to clean the print head, but requires a small amount of ink consumption. If you are still not satisfied after several times of continuous cleaning, you may have run out of ink and need to replace the cartridge.
2.If you do not use the new cartridge for the moment, be sure to put down the ink outlet. Once installed, it is recommended not to remove and reuse the cartridge until it is used up. After taking out, the reloader is prone to produce bubbles in the ink outlet, which seriously affects the printing effect.Replace the cartridge as soon as the printer displays ink to avoid clogging the nozzle when it is exposed to air.
3.Ink cartridges are best used up within 6 months after installation to ensure print quality. Replace the cartridge as soon as the printer displays that the ink is used out, to avoid clogging the nozzle when it is exposed to air.
