The print head of sublimation paper printer consists of many small nozzles, inkjet holes and dust particles are similar. If dust, small sundries and so on enter the nozzle, the nozzle will be blocked, at the same time also easy to make the nozzle panel stained with ink, and eventually lead to the phenomenon of bad ink jet. Therefore, the maintenance of the nozzle is crucial. The following points should be done in daily maintenance:
1.Do not remove the print head from the sublimation printer host and place it separately, especially at high temperature and low humidity. If left for a long time, the water in the ink will gradually evaporate, dry ink will cause print head obstruction. If the nozzle has been blocked, the cleaning operation should be carried out. If the cleaning can not achieve the purpose, replace a new nozzle.
2.Avoid collision of nozzle surface with fingers and tools to prevent nozzle surface damage or debris, oil and other blocking nozzle. Do not blow into the nozzle parts, do not sweat, oil, drugs (alcohol) and so on stained to the nozzle, cause ink composition, viscosity changes, resulting in ink coagulation blocking.Do not use face paper, lens paper, cloth and so on to wipe the nozzle surface.
3.It is best not to turn off the power while the digital inkjet printer is in the process of printing. The printer can be turned to OFF LINE state, when the nozzle cover can be turned OFF power, and finally unplug. Otherwise, for some types of printers, the printer will not be able to perform the capping operation, and the nozzle exposure to dry air will cause the ink to run dry.
