4.Print cleaning: Use "nozzle cleaner" instead of ink that clogs the nozzle,print color patches of this color using vector graphics software,wait until the nozzle is not clogged and replace it with the original ink.
Nozzle maintenance
If the print head needs to be idle for a long time, professional maintenance methods and steps should be carried out:
1.Remove the nozzle from the sublimation inkjet printer in the correct manner and clean the remaining ink stains
2.Thoroughly clean the applicator using the applicator cleaner
3.Inject special nozzle maintenance agent into each ink column of nozzle
