Sublimation digital printer print head is the most important part of the whole equipment, if the nozzle be wore or even damaged, the printer will not work properly. Therefore, every day after we complete the daily sublimation printing work, we need to carry out the daily cleaning and maintenance of the printer nozzle.
After all printing work is completed every day, in order to keep the digital printer print head in the best working state and avoid clogging the print head due to ink volatilization, please follow the steps below to clean and maintain the print head.
1.First you need to turn off the printer's main power supply.
2.Next, move the ink cart to the leftmost cleaning position and tighten the spool clockwise. From the cleaning liquid injection port, inject special cleaning liquid to clean the print head (20ml each time, divided into 2 times). Tighten the sealing cap properly, but not too tightly. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the cleaning liquid leak out from the nozzle orifice in a microscale, keep the print head wet.
3.Then,clean the ink pad in the cartridge, a few drops of cleaning liquid, put back to the right end of the set of ink cartridge, and then the ink cart moved to the right end of the machine, so that the nozzle and the ink pad close fit.
4.Finally, leave the print head moist overnight.
In this way, is a complete set of sublimation printer nozzle cleaning process. Follow the above steps to clean the printer nozzle, will effectively maintain the printer nozzle.
Another thing to note: please do not forget, spray painting, cleaning fluid joint seal cap to tighten, maintain the sealing state.
