1. Before sublimation printer processing printing work, it is best to clean the nozzle for a while before printing the cleaning strip to check the condition of each nozzle and keep the nozzle open. Then check the contact strip and the chip area for ink. Be sure to keep the nozzle clean, otherwise it will cause the chip to burn out.
2. People who are used to warm water to bubble digital printer nozzles will feel that this is helpful for the maintenance of the nozzle. Indeed, cleaning with warm water will be more conducive to the protection of the nozzle, but remember that the time must not be too long, otherwise it will lead to softening of the contact line, and it is also easy to conduct electricity due to water. If there is a problem with the nozzle, you should still look for professional technical maintenance.
3. Once the ink of the wide format printer is selected, it is not possible to replace other brands at will, because chemical reactions between different inks are prone to generate precipitates and damage the nozzles.
4. When paying attention to the replacement of the nozzle, the operator may have static electricity, because the person himself will carry a large amount of static electricity, and the static electricity must be released before the nozzle is replaced, otherwise the nozzle circuit will be burned out.
