1. The image of sublimation printer is biased.
There are two cases in the left and right directions. One is that the grating is dirty or broken. The second reason may be that the servo motor is broken.
2, the copper sleeve is loose, or the guide rail is relatively sloppy.
It is recommended to add some oil to copper sleeve or guide rail of digital printer to see if it is not enough.Use the glass glue to fix the copper sleeve so that it will not fall.
3, the height of the car is too low.
The distance between the car and the paper is too small, so if the paper is cut, the height of the car is adjusted, generally at a height of a coin.
Often by checking the above three items, the problem of creping paper when the textile printer is printed will be solved smoothly. At the same time, it is also reminded that if the figure is printed, it can be checked to wipe off the grating, or to check the servo motor, and check whether the belt is loose when walking, it is very important to keep the machine clean.
