When we use a sublimation fabric printer, sometimes we find that the printer's ink car has a pause when moving back and forth, not smooth, and the printing speed is slower. Regardless of the cause, the printer prints slower, which affects the user's operating costs and profits.
In order to enable customers to achieve the highest profit, not only to avoid equipment failure, but also to pay attention to the usual maintenance and cost control. If there is a pause when the ink cart moves back and forth during printing, the problem of slow printing speed should be solved as soon as possible. So why does the ink car stop when we use sublimation printer?
We first analyze the reasons for this situation, mainly due to the following factors:
The speed of RIP is too slow, which leads to insufficient transmission data; the computer transmission speed is slow; setting the number of times of printing too little, and the matching with RIP is not equal, which may cause the printing speed to be slow. Because the number of prints per line can significantly affect the data transmission needs, the fewer the number of prints, the more information is needed.
The corresponding solution is very simple, mainly through the following ways:
Improve RIP speed, improve computer processor and optimize PPC overall matching performance. You can also close other unnecessary programs and only run RIP to load bitmap image files; read the RIP manual carefully, such as some settings (image mode, mirror/no mirror, mask/cancel mask, rotate, layer/no Layers, etc.) may affect print speed and quality; there is also a change in the number of prints, recommended as "5".
According to the above method, the ink vehicle can be basically solved and normal printing of fabric sublimation printer can be resumed.
