For sublimation textile printers, in addition to the most important nozzle parts that require good maintenance, there are many other parts that require us to pay more attention to maintenance in daily use. Today I will take you to know which important printer accessories are needed for us to print:

1, printer grating: Some friends often use alcohol to clean the grating, the original grating is not a problem, but because of anti-corrosion, you will not necessarily change the grating. Today's accessory gratings of sublimation printer are not made of anti-corrosion inks, alcohol will corrode the grating strips, and the grating will be scrapped after a long time. Usually use a dry cloth to wipe the line, it is not clean and then use water or alcohol.

2, the textile printer copper sleeve: the original copper sleeve is made of metal softening treatment, and added graphite in the copper to make it smooth, but the domestic copper sleeve will never do this, the cost is too high. If you use it, you must oil it, or you are grinding the big shaft. The easiest thing is to wipe the shaft with a cloth dipped in liquid oil. It is also possible to use high-temperature solid smooth oil for fine machinery, but do not use butter (high temperature and humidity requirements, easy to dry)

3, printer ink tube: ink tube must be used to prevent corrosion, this is very important, and the wall of the anti-corrosion tube will be thicker, can prevent cracking

4, printer printing cable: this must not be long, it is best to shield

5, printer ground: the ground wire of digital sublimation printer should be connected to the metal plate of the power supply

6, printer wiring board: the use of a complete line of high-quality wiring board with insurance.
