When using an inkjet sublimation printer, if too much air is introduced into the system, there is a high probability that the ink will occasionally break during printing. When this happens, many users will be overwhelmed and think that the nozzle is faulty. In fact, it is not that serious. So, if this happens, how can we solve it?
There are many reasons why the sublimation printer supplies air to the system's ink supply conduit, so I won't go into details here. Once the ink tube has air, it will affect the normal use of the printer. Let me share some simple solutions below:
First turn off the digital sublimation printer switch to the system to prevent ink leakage, and then remove the inner box. Cover the inner box without air with the ink cartridge cover, and also cover the vent hole of the corresponding outer box. Turn on the connected box switch and raise the outer box gradually. In fact, the ink with air is poured back into the cartridge. After cleaning the air, close the connected external box switch, install the inner and outer boxes again, then start the cleaning system of the printer twice, and finally open the air filter and the outer box switch.
Remember not to use a syringe to pump air, which will disrupt the balance of the system and cause ink to leak.
