1.Image is required actual size, such as: to print A4 size, the image size can not be less than A4, and the resolution of the image is required to be 300 dpi or more.

2.Not suitable for printing on dark T-shirts

Digital direct printing generally works best on white cotton undercoat, which can completely meet the requirements of no touch, no color difference and the lowest cost.

At the same time, the requirement of digital direct printing for blank undercoat is short fiber/wool, preferably plain high count yarn. Otherwise, because the clothes are rubbed, the color printed on the T-shirt will look light, because the ink is printed on the surface of the undercoat. Therefore, to print T-shirts by digital direct printing , the requirement for customized T-shirts is relatively high, and the same picture on the high-quality T-shirt fabric shows a higher effect than the general T-shirt.
