For heat transfer machines, digital sublimation papers are very essential consumables. So in the selection, we should pay more attention to the paper transfer quality. At the same time, we still need to look for the better ways to choose paper when we check the quality.

At present, there are many types of transfer paper on the market, but, in real use, different sublimation paper will have obvious differences.Only in the specific understanding of these conditions, that we can make a better choice.

Sublimation paper operation instruction

1.Plug in the power and turn on the power switch,and then the power indicator lights up.

2.The temperature is a relatively important indicator, we can adjust the thermostat to the desired temperature, after the temperature reaches the set temperature, the indicator on the upper part of the thermostat is off, then the operation can start.

3.Adjust the time controller to the desired time. When the controller indicating the time of stamping reaches the specified time, the buzzer will ring and lift the handle up to the original position.

4.Lay the printing material flat, then put on the digital sublimation paper (pay attention to the front and back of the transfer paper), press down the handle until the end point. Caution: Do not exceed 30 kg, or the handle may be deformed.

Detailed indicators

1.Pressure: if the pressure is not enough or too big, the pressure regulating knob behind the heat transfer machine can be adjusted to add pressure clockwise; Conversely, reduce pressure.

2.Time: when the time of hot stamping arrives and the buzzer does not ring or does not stop ringing, you must adjust it to a appropriate position.

3.Temperature: when the temperature arrive, the thermostat pointer points to the orientation of the "180 ℃" (about 5 minutes arrived), if boot thermometer rise and hot plate is not hot, please check the circuit.

4.When the handle is pressed down to the bottom,hand releases and the handle automatically rises up. Please adjust the adjusting knob downward. When the end of hot stamping, feel laborious to lift up handle,you can adjust the knob down.
