How to Reduce the Error of Digital Sublimation Printer Image Stitching?

Many digital sublimation printer users will encounter incorrect image stitching problems when printing with a wide format printer. What caused this? How should we avoid it?

To solve the problem of stitching images of wide-format sublimation printers, we mainly start from the following three aspects.

 Epson digital sublimation printer
1. When you drawing the picture, you need to cut the picture according to the correct size, so as to avoid material waste caused by the splicing error after the picture is drawn. Try to consider the dimensional error after the sublimation inkjet printer prints out. When the picture is cut, if the first picture comes out, the printed picture can be printed without any errors. One thing to note is that the screen should be rotated 180° when printing, starting from the end, in order to prevent errors.

2. Before using the sublimation transfer printer for official printing, first use the drawing software such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc. to import the JPG image into the cut. It is recommended that the gap between the images be kept within 2 cm when cutting. If there is no gap, we can choose a smaller area. Also, avoid cutting out patterns such as text, because the fonts are easy to see and spliced and misplaced.

3. When splicing the screen, be sure to put the output screen first, and then use the splicing machine or related glue to flatten the bean noodles.
