When the weather is cold, the printed image of the sublimation transfer printer is difficult to dry out, thus many users are worried about how to use the heating machine well. In fact, the use of the heater depends mainly on ambient temperature and humidity. The optimal working environment temperature of the machine is 18℃~ 25℃, humidity about 70%.
Indoor Printer
The machine for sublimation printers in the room is equipped with no heating device. It needs to purchase an external heater. The factory has an optional arc-shaped infrared heater. T
he heater of the sublimation textile printer is heated evenly and has low efficiency. It is suitable for single-head machines. The heater is turned on 10 minutes before the drawing, and the heating temperature is set at 50℃ to 55℃. When the temperature exceeds 55℃, many materials are baked and deformed, causing the film to fail. The double-head machine is recommended to purchase an external medium-wave tube heater in addition to the infrared heater to improve the drying efficiency. The medium wave tube heater is a knob type adjusting drying efficiency device, and it is recommended to increase the drying strength as much as possible without baking the deformed material.
Outdoor Printer
The outdoor printer is equipped with heating and pre-heating. The external heater needs to be purchased separately. The factory has an optional arc-shaped infrared heater. The heater is heated evenly and has low efficiency. It is suitable for single-head machines. It is recommended that the heater be turned on 10 minutes before the drawing, and the heating temperature setting: the medium heating setting temperature is lower than 30℃. If the temperature is too high, the nozzle will be wiped off due to excessive softness of the material or the paper will not move. Before heating 45℃ ~ 55℃; infrared heater 50℃ ~ 55℃, more than 55℃, many materials will be baked and deformed, resulting in printing failure.
