The cleaning solution used in the sublimation textile printer is a kind of “detergent” formulated according to the characteristics of the ink. The main functions are strong scouring ability, solvency, and better fluency of the ink in the pipeline. Below I will introduce the conditions under which the cleaning solution is used and then how to use the cleaning solution correctly.
First, when the sublimation fabric printer is newly installed since each machine is loaded with ink before leaving the factory, there is also a protective liquid in the pipe and ink head. The solubility of the ink in the protective liquid is not as strong as that of the cleaning liquid, and the protective liquid has some influence on the fluidity of the ink, and the phenomenon of drawing (in the high-quality mode) and the oblique flow of the ink hole often occurs. Therefore, when we install the machine, we must use the cleaning fluid to clean the pipeline. Avoid the phenomenon of drawing and ink hole oblique spraying.
Second, use the cleaning solution to clean the blade and ink pad regularly to the digital sublimation printer every week. Pure water and alcohol have low solubility in ink, and alcohol has a slight corrosive effect on the blade. Therefore, we recommend that you do not use pure water or alcohol to clean it.
Third, regularly use the cleaning solution to clean the pipeline of the sublimation transfer printer, recommended (3-6 months). When the ink is used for a long time, there will be deposits on the wall of the tube, and the attached matter will affect the fluency of the ink, and the cleaning liquid has a strong solubility to the attached matter, so the pipeline should be cleaned regularly.
Fourth, sometimes the working environment is relatively poor, the static electricity of the machine is relatively strong, and many cotton-like dust will adhere to the surface of the ink head. If it is not cleaned for a long time, the ink hole will be obliquely sprayed and blocked. The cleaning nozzle is periodically dropped into the ink pad to make the printer nozzle moisturizing better.
