Solution:
If the inkjet head of the large format sublimation printer has been damaged and needs to be scrapped or repaired, a new inkjet head must be replaced. When installing a new nozzle, first protect the new inkjet head for repair and replacement (spray protective fluid to isolate the atmosphere) and install it on the printer to be repaired. This measure is effective in the actual test, and it can almost eliminate the rework caused by this fault.
Protection of the surface of the inkjet head:
Take a package with a slightly larger area (plastic bag, thick paper, etc.), open a hole with the same area as the nozzle part of the print head, and the print head should be basically free of gaps after it is placed (to prevent the mist-like protective liquid) Clogged the surface of the nozzle)
Ink hole protection:
Install the ink cartridge on the inkjet head to protect the ink filling hole.
